Good morning my fellow NOPErs... today is International Elephant Day, a day to celebrate these beautiful animals who demonstrate the finest of human traits, intelligence, family orientated, great memories, a wide range and depth of emotions, empathy and stunning self-awareness. The create complex, supportive societies.... but the way we treat them shows the worst of human behaviour. So in many ways we should all be more like elephants... ok so, because they have awesome memories and would never forget to NOPE.... not that they would be silly enough to smoke in the first place... lets just see what they say..

Will you have a puff today?

NOPE ... cos nothing controls me but me.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
