Awe, Thank you QT Friends!   I couldn't have done it without you..truth.  Collectively, you are saving lives.  Just savor that thought for a moment.

In the meantime, I'll be savoring a glass of bubbly and breathing in the fresh salty air on the Lido.

What a wonderful group of people.

Bigfoot made it. She deserves a foot rub and my hands are free....

I'll take it!!

Ironic that you said that.  To celebrate my one year, my sis and I are heading to the highbrow spa and we're getting pedi's, mani's and I'm getting the facial that will wipe out the effects of 35 years of smoking...well a girl can ask  ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
