  12. Congratulations Kris on your 10 months quit!
  13. Sorry to hear that Mrs Sal has gone back to it. Completely agree with Doreen, and pleased to hear that you are staying on course. My partner still smokes, I would love him to stop with me. But he still believes it dose something for him and that he enjoys it. All you can do is do this for you, show others the way and hope one day they follow. Nearly forgot. Congratulations on hitting 100 days smoke free!!

  18. Hi Matthew, sorry to hear you have relapse! If you can get straight back on the train. The longer you leave it to quit the harder it becomes. Take the lessons that you learnt on to this quit and make this one the one!
  19. Nice to see you back on the train @nicotine_free now there is no romancing the thought, you know smoking isn't all rosey, like our addiction would want us to remember it as. This is our one.
  20. Nice to see you are still on the train. Well done on your 41 day quit!
  21. Welcome to the forum @Marie71 I could never quit cutting down or with NRT. I had to go cold turkey. Its the only way that works for me. We are with you whatever way you decide to quit. Sometimes the fear that we build up is worst than the doing

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
