Trying 2quit again bad timIng ?

In the words of Yoda there is not try, do or do not. There is never a bad time to quit smoking! Being at a resort may be helpful in the sense that you will have plenty of things going on to distract you from your usual smoking routine. Be sure to rid your home and car from cigarettes so you are not faced with that when you get back. Have a great trip and welcome to the QT!

    Vaping Sends teen to Rehab

I've been hearing commercials much more frequently where "real" people talk about how they made the "switch". The masses are being led to believe they've quit smoking if they move to vaping. It's disgusting that a deadly product can be advertised in that manner.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
