Greetings NOPErs... a bit late today. So yesterday had a plethora of special days to choose from and then today not so much. So it is National Icecream Sandwich day in the US so you have a legitimate reason to indulge if you like them... and it is also Coloring Book Day... so in Aus over the past few years there has been a big 'craze' for adult colouring books... and being arty of course my friends thought these would be a great present idea for me... yeah-NAH, not for me... HOWEVER... I have friends who swear by them for helping in the early stages of a quit to beat the craves and kill the time to help them through the early days... so for some they will help, so on Coloring Book Day, say nope to smokes.
