@Giveintowin well done on being smoke free for 8 months!

Biggest congratulations on making this your 8th month of freedom. You are 2/3rds of the way to that Lido deck. This one is a big one for you after a bumpy month to get there. Hopefully your on the mend health wise and will be fighting fit in no time. We are all super proud that you faced a huge temptation, looked it in the eye, stared it down and held tight to your quit. What a fantastic example and motivator for those coming behind and also for those leading the way. So celebrate big, celebrate loud and do something super special to spoil yourself because if any quitaversary deserved a celebration its this one.

Wow GITW! 8 whole months is evidence of all the hard work you've put into this quit and now you are two thirds of the way to that Lido Deck!

Be sure to celebrate your anniversary by pampering yourself then keep pushing forward :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
