Linda is One Year Smoke Free Today!!!

Featured Replies

Sorry for your loss @KEL It would be a great honor in memory of her to dedicate your  100 day quit to her tomorrow. I know that every time I hear of someone I know or knew passing away from a smoking related illness it strengthens my resolve to never light up again. 🤗

Thank you both. That is a super empowering thought.

I will do so!

You all are too kind.

Okay @jillar Do we need to start monitoring for the little bunnies in your charge.  You are supposed to keep them sober but watch the mating. (I must say, it shocks me that there are so many bunnies on adoption websites. We all think of dogs and cats but there are many bunnies that need a good  home.)

Linda congrats and stoked for you & this great accomplishment.

🙄Come now, @jillar  We ALL know how you love to grab a heiney every now and again! 😂

Congratulations on your first year quit, Linda!!! 🎆 I know this was so rough, but you pressed on, and here you are! The rest should be easier! Stay vigilant, but definitely reward yourself with anything except nicotine!!!!! Keep up the great work!

Congratulations on 1 YEAR! Awesome!

Congratulations!   Yahoooo!  That first year benchmark is spectacular!

@LindaTotally missed this, but happy one year to you. I have been sick with strep throat, but the covid test came back negative. The steroids are helping me recover and I can only imagine how this would be if I were still smoking. Anyway, congrats again and hope you celebrated well. 🙏

Sorry to be late, not been well lately, so not been on much. Big Well Done Linda, knew you would make it, so proud of you. Welcome to the Lido deck, you old pharte 😀
