So awesome!  5 years is amazing,  Thank you so much for sticking around to help those that came behind.   I know I will always be grateful for the guidance in the many posts and threads you have contributed to over the years.

You ALWAYS believed in me that I would find my quit & I did & LOOK at you 5 yrs of cig freedom. For sure now with this much time free you truly do feel like a nonsmoker. Big congrats my sister/best friend in the world.     Because of YOU ALOT of people kept climbing that rope to freedom. Be proud knowing you saved alot of people from an early death.

Some people have a beautiful soul, it's just a part of who they are and isn't a big deal in and of itself...but it is! To still be here, paying it forward, inspiring, helping is a massive big deal. You have assisted in supporting so many people in their quit! Thanks for making us think it can be done too.

Through all of that and most importantly, you have secured yourself a 5 year quit, massive congrats!!  I hope you still treat yourself, I'm thinking a minimum of great cake!!

xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
