My sister died of a heart attack on Jan. 15, she was only 58 but I think her love of those damn MF smokes did her in. I told her the drs will ride your ass when you have health issues to get you to quit & after what I went thru you'd think it would sink in. I sooooooooooooooooooooooo miss talking to her. :dash2: :dash2: :dash2: :dash2:

All of us have felt what you're feeling, trust me that forever/never having one can scare you off from quitting BUT if you stay CIG FREE for lets say 6 months it will dawn on you that 3" of burning paper was doing jack shit for you.

One more week-I so hope that whinny kid gets to be a zombie snack. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

No smoking for me, after my sister died last wk for about 10 seconds the old addict in me "said go on have one" & I fired right back with would having a smoke mean my sister isn't dead-come on. Just shows you that the addict in you will throw you a curve ball once in awhile but the longer you're cig free the EASIER it is to laugh at the old addict that use to run your life. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Just like those who relaspe cause they figure its been X amount of time so it should be safe to have just one. So many of us actually thought they were special & having one is nothing.
