Congratulations @Linda Thomas for being smoke free 2 whole months.

Well done on keeping your quit with all the stresses and pressure life has thrown at you during your 2 years of freedom. I am so glad we get to share your journey with you and its wonderful to see you already paying it forward for those coming behind. Well done on achieving this milestone. So as we said do something special to reward yourself, buy a new book, sit in a park and soak up the sun while you drink a take away coffee... it doesn't have to be big or elaborate it just has to be.

Here I have a nice Two for you! As you can see, fire but NO smoke.  You are doing an amazing job and you inspire me. Congratulations!

And please please please... do as they say and reward yourself. It may feel fake, it may feel stupid. But it works, I can confirm! It's tricking the brain, so at some point you really do start believing you are worth all of this. And that will make it easier to make the choice for YOU, whether it's about smoking or totally different subjects. Have a good day/night and do some celebrating.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
