I was in Atlanta for about 20 minutes before my mother called me hysterical. She was at my house to let the dogs out. My beloved Midian was dying. He passed shortly after she called. I am gutted that I wasn't there with him and didn't get to say goodbye.

I am so sorry DD. :( Losing a furbaby is one of my biggest fears.

Awe DD..My heart goes out to you and your family. This is terrible news, I am so sorry.We went through this last June. Those fur babies are a part of our family and forever own a piece of our heart..My thoughts and prayers ate out to you all (((Hugs)))

Oh, DD, I'm so sorry for your sad news! Midian looks so alert and "present" in the photo-- he must have been quite a dog! Try to remember and enjoy the many happy times you had with him because that is what he was really all about.
