December 7, 201411 yr Big hugs DD. He knew he was loved and had such a wonderful life with you and your family. Do not feel guilty, you could not have known what would happen. So many animals never know the kind of love you gave. Keep him in your heart and be proud of the life you gave to him and the happiness you got in return. xx

December 8, 201411 yr So sorry to hear this DD. My pooch IS my family. Cannot imagine. So sad. You are a really kind person though and please please PLEASE don't be sad you weren't there. Midian did not want his mama to see him that way and for you to hurt, I'm sure of that. You gave him 10+ years of the best life possible. Hug those little ones tight tonight. Thinking of you....
