Hey, it is after midnight on the East Coast of the U.S. so...can I just say how happy I am for your 6 months!? You have been through some huge stuff and have come out on top. What a ride! Thanks for all of your support and humor and this awesome site! (((MQ)))

Thank you!!!  I'm very proud of these past 6 months and have endured.  I will not lose them.  :)  Smoking sucks and only makes things worse.  Not smoking makes the bad things not suck as bad and the good things a million times better!  :)

yea well....you kind of have to stay quit now.....you are not only on the quit train...you are the conductor.

Here's a cup of joe....from me!  I promise I used the best non plastic coffee maker and used freshly ground beans...and it's fresh!
