I dreamt of smoking last night (no bloody idea why) and woke up feeling disgusted...so Nope, not even in my dreams.

Ha yes, gritting my teeth. Tough craving but I'm OK. It's that weird quitter's lung feeling. Breathing is great, but the craving is right there. Like if I had a cigarette, it would make my chest feel better.

I hear ya.  I think I have been having a lot of those craves lately.  Gritting those teeth really help.  Hang tough.  It is so much better not smoking.
