  8. I am the most boring person at the moment, the highlight of my day will be to pick up my Artwork from the Gallery (whats left) I sold one out of 3 so pretty happy with that result.

  9. I was in complete denial over all health issues, thinking that I was bulletproof. Once I quit smoking, I was able to address the danger I put myself in and make roads to better health all around. This is why the Truth is so important to me now. Raw and unvarnished, Truth is not a judgement call just a collection of facts that deserve complete attention. Heart and Circulatory Diseases When we think quitting is tough, the alternatives can be devastatingly gruesome. The Real Cigarette Induced Roller Coaster Ride

  12. So sorry to hear about your friend. I hope he will make a good recovery. As Doreen says, its a great shame most smokers don,t quit, until something serious happens.

  18. Just spent 35 minutes watching the first part of a video that was recommended for me by YouTube. A vegan and an advocate of the paleo diet were debating one another. Well, actually, they were nitpicking over semantics and treating cherry-picked findings by nutritional "scientists" like some kind of holy writ. Might as well have spent that time stacking ping-pong balls or trying to nail Jell-O to the wall. Abject waste of everybody's time.

  32. I smoked for a lot of years but do not remember any cigarette being amazing. I do have a lot of amazing memories from my smoking years but the "amazingness" has nothing to do with smoking. If anything, they would have been more amazing if I didn't have to sneak away to get my fix.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
