  2. Think about it. You are now officially a non smoker. You quit smoking 2 days ago. Carbon monoxide is now out of your body In 1 more day your body will be nicotine free. You are no longer a smoker unless you decide to start smoking. Congratulations now you just need to remain a non smoker.
