March 2, 20188 yr NOPE here for NOPEster. I quit smoking. I have no more time in my life for the nicco addiction. I DO need to loose the 20 lbs Ive gained since quitting. I am miserable in that aspect. Please, can anyone help me feel better about this weight gain? Its been over a year now. Im 56, female, not lazy, but always felt good about my appearance. Struggling here. But I will never smoke again.
