Hello team quitters! On the train traveling back from Amsterdam to home, and having a little moment of enjoyment in the fact that I DO NOT SMOKE ANYMORE! Ive always associated traveling with smoking stress, with a long haul flight being the impetus to launch this forever quit….Its always been like when will be my last smoke, how many smokes can I get in before boarding, can I check out and smoke and then check back in, can I sneak to the end of the platform to smoke a sly one? I mean ive even chosen longer journeys with complex connections to ensure I could smoke. AND ITS ONLY A 2hr TRAIN JOURNEY 🤯 Anyway, enjoying a good read, not stinking, not stressing and will be home earlier than normal. Its all good 😊 Hope you are all doing ok A
