Congratulations Doreen on your 12 years quit!  What an amazing accomplishment!  You are such an inspiration to all of us on the Train, and we are all so proud of you! Since I have become your co-moderator, I have gotten to know you so much better, and I am so happy to call you my friend!  You are a wonderful person and a definite asset to this site! In those early days of my quit when I was complaining and so irritable....LOL!!, you helped me so much when I thought I wouldn't be able to stay focused.  In addition to helping me, you have helped countless others on this site with your words of wisdom, compassion, understanding and fantastic sense of humor!

Congratulations again! All the best!❤️🥰

P.S. I know your quit date is tomorrow, but I wanted to make sure you saw this either late tonight/early tomorrow morning UK time.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
