  1. Well done, @overcome! You’re building a fantastic quit, buddy! Congrats on 6 months!
  2. Glad you’re still here. Hang tough… it gets better.
  3. LOL @beazel, love the image of your rocking out to Bohemian Rhapsody. (Bizmillah No!!) Driving wasn’t my trigger, but sitting out on my back porch was, still is. One thing I did to break the association was to sniff my butt jar - a nasty old mustard jar that I used to cram full of cigarette ends. It smelled totally foul, even to a smoker’s nose. Anyway, I kept it for about 6 mos and when I would get a strong craving I’d crack it open and take a whiff. Super gross, DIY aversion therapy. But now I’m thinking that serenading the squirrels might be the next thing to try.
  4. Congratulations, @catlover!! Happy anniversary, and thanks so much for sharing encouragement!
  5. 10. Save extra tiles to repair damaged ones Next let’s try 10 things to do with… a paper plate.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
