  2. All i know is that a life without smoking involved is kind of great . I like to stay that way . I used to smoke whenever i got high or achieved some improvements in my study But i have stopped that way of life . I feel really good after avoiding smoking for three plus months All you need is a bit of time , willpower and patience to avoid the nicotine demon

  6. Have you ever tried to get rid of nicotine completely? Sounds like you are trying to control your nicotine addiction rather than freeing yourself from it. Go for freedom...it's much better!

  15. I will be singing and performing this with family on Christmas day. Everyone does their own individual sketch after lunch sometime. Very Noisy and Artistic Family, Looking forward to it and I hope the Fires have died down again by then.

  22. I don't go to the gym, I go to Aqua Zumba, plus do my own flexible exercises at home to music, For Balance, strength, Fun workout with 2 tracks of music and dance, plus fast walking my little dog 20 laps around my house. Need to Loose weight now, so more dancing and less eating.

  23. I don't really have anything new to add. You've gotten some great responses above. The only way to get rid of nicotine addiction is to starve it to death. You do that by not consuming nicotine in any form.

  24. No. Either you smoke or you don't smoke. There is no in-between. It's that simple. You're an addict and are making excuses to keep your habit. Replace nicotine with "heroin" and it sounds pretty ridiculous, no?
