Congratulations @Jayhawk for being 9 months smoke free. Well done Jayhawk on being 3/4ers of the way through your first year smoke free. what a really great quit you have in place. We would love an update on how your traveling and what you did to celebrate this milestone.

We had lamb....roast potatoes sprouts peas ..yorkshire pudding ...and gravy ...yum !!!

I don't think that's too far from the truth Doreen. As you know I recently had pneumonia and I googled it looking for ways to speed up my recovery. I read an article that said e-cig vapour adds moisture to your lungs and can exacerbate pneumonia. As you say we aren't medical professionals but I can't help but agree that there is a strong possibility that there's a link. Hope you are ok and sending you strength and a big hug
