Put on a nic patch as usual, this am. Half hour later, I took it off and tossed it. Maybe I can donate the patches somewhere. Today I did not use any nicotine or smoke. (Not a happy camper right now.) Tomorrow I will not smoke, etc.

I did something similar when I quit. I gave my left over patches to the person who lives next door to me so they could use them when they traveled by air. Worked out well for both of us. I quit without NRT patches and they got to have free NRT patches for when they had to take a long flight somewhere

Guess who came to my house????? Its hard to take a pic with ya laptop and not wake the kid up... did santa stick to budget???,..... yeah-NAH!! ... is this way too much stuff for an obnoxious tween.... nah-YEAH! .... but considering the things she went without this year, especially during the no job months.... do I really care that I went overboard... nah.... and that my confused friends is how Santa artistically displays your gifts on your chair.. and in 30mins or less it will be a complete shemozzle.

So I've spent a little while doing something that always manages to pick my mood up (watching feelgood stuff on you tube), and am feeling a little better now. Spending time on you tube watching some amazing people... so am just going to try something I know we used to be able to do on QSMB, and if it turns out ok, hoping it is not against forum rules (have not checked to see), but don't remember anything in the stuff I've seen previously. This amazing young girl reminds me so very much in so many ways of my god daughter Zoe, who died of breast cancer in august. They are both beautiful strong women....

G’day Never took a selfie before. Had a try tonight. Suppose I had this idea that I’d look great .....like some of those shots of my niece with the big eye shots. How do they do that? chucked most in the bin! Finally used the last one. Well... would be better with a full beard, but I’ll have to keep it short till the next OP. The Tam well why not... 6 generation Aussie Scott. That beard was ginger once.... Now it’s pretty much silver. The little wee one next door, little miss 4 is a little worried about the loss of the beard might have an impact on her presents at Christmas... Plus she’s off to New Zealand this year to be with extended family... ive promised Christmas will happen even in NZ. Just my luck someone going to tell her the truth... and she’s old enough to understand.... C
