cbDave is 4 years Smoke Free

Recommended Posts

G'day mate, woohoo starts ya day today.

Congratulations @Cbdave...our favourite  banana bending pusser and very own King of the QT Mount NOPErama.

You bloody ripper, 4 years is a sensational quit. And just think you got 4 under your belt before Tander did and just between you, me and the board I reckon Brockie's record will be topped by you in next to no time.

So sit back me cobber, stick ya feet up and pull ya an icy cold pint of the gold stuff (pulled a few strings and got ya fave on tap for this shindig)...

Yes, I even hooked ya up in the kitchen, all the best party food is spread out, fairy bread, party pies, little boys, chochie crackles, honey joys, party sausage rolls an cos we are a classy bunch a sh1t load of cabana and cheese cubes.

So we'll bloody done and thanks for starting all our days with a g'day and all you do to keep a smile on our dials and a smoke outa our lives.

You're a bonza bloke, fully sick and bloody grouse!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
