March 21, 20188 yr ^walking is real good for you... a friend of mine who gained a few went up to 240.... All he did was buy a fitbit cut out late night snaking and average 15,000 steps a day in 6 months he hit his HS weight of 180... mid 40's, as we get older we get lazy.... With that said, snow out here today ive done nothing yet. Treadmill later for some cardio
March 21, 20188 yr Didn't have to go into work at my normal time this morning, so I had time to do some strength work and boxing. Strength work consisted of: Kettlebell Cossack Squats, Pull-Ups, Dips, and Farmer's Walks. Boxing work: 4 rounds on the heavy bag, 2 rounds on the double-end bag, medicine ball throws, and footwork/slip line drills. 25 minutes ago, Whispers said: ^walking is real good for you... a friend of mine who gained a few went up to 240.... All she did was cut out sweet tea and sodas, cleaned up her diet a bit, and walked everyday. She's training to run a 5k now.
