Thank you notsmokinjo for this thread and for everyone's lovely comments. As has been the case for the last 8 months the support here is amazing and much appreciated. 

Congratulations to my fellow 2018 quitters. And to all the newbie's keep going because it will get easier, you will think about smoking less and less and you can definitely do it
