Congratulations Paul.  That is a top-shelf quit.

And also, thank you on behalf of the many of us who followed your lead on our path to freedom.

Big round of applause for Paul.

Thanks everyone!  It is by far the best thing I've ever done for myself.  I owe a great many of you for your help along the way.  Even if you've quit long after me, reading about your efforts has reminded me how important my quit is to me.  By helping others we can help ourselves.  Next year Doreen and Nancy will be like Jake and Elwood getting the band back together.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
