Thanks everyone! Time is flying by!!! I hardly ever think about smoking anymore and although I still run into triggers from time to time it’s becoming second nature to be dismissive of them. I have a new life to live!!! 🤗 All of this from a 2 pack a day 35 year smoker of just 5 short months ago! 🙌

Excellent 5 months is amazing 🤗 Stay positive. Time will start to go even quicker now.
