G’day

NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever....

(replace Ever with Min Hour Day as required!)

Goodmornin' you mob and welcome to another wonderful day of freedom. Down Under it's "R U OK? Day".... how do we celebrate this day...it's simple really...ask someone if they are OK and be prepared to listen. You never know, asking someone if they are ok and giving them 5 mins (or more) of your day might be the thing t h at changes their life. Oh and remember chooks, its ok to say NOPE when someone asks you if you're ok...because you do matter and a trouble shared is a trouble halved.

Am I ok? Yep......will I smoke...

That's a good sign that you're losing count of the days!
