Jetblack is 10 Months Smoke Free

Featured Replies

Congratulations @Jetblack for being smoke free for 10 months.

Well done Jetblack on reaching double figures. Despite a few triggers recently you have protected your quit and are powering towards the Lido Deck. Thank you for you support and contribution around the boards. Make sure you set aside some time to do something for yourself as a reward for all the work you have done to get to the ten month mark.

Terrific 10 for you @Jetblack, great job on an awesome quit.

Wow, ten months seems like an eternity away for me, but achievements like yours give me and so many others motivation. TImes have been tough, but you've proven to be tougher.

Keep at it. Kudos.

Way to go JB! Congratulations on 10 months quit.

Congratulations! Keep it going.

Congratulations on your 10 months Jetblack.

Congrats JB! 10 Months is fabulous. You're now into double digits and cruising toward that Lido Deck.

Be sure to celebrate in some way cuz it's hard work and determination that has got you here and that deserves some recognition :)

Well Tammy, it looks like you are coming up on two months before long. I remember when i quit, I could not even imagine being quit for ONE month. But I think it is mostly true that once a person makes it through three solid days, that is the worst of it. Even at three days, one KNOWS they can go at least a full day without smoking. Some people quit "one day at a time".

Congrats, Jetblack! Won't be long now....til you are up on the Lido Deck! Celebrate hitting the ten month mark....and keep it going "one day at a time"! ?
