Hello everyone, Its been a few months since I’ve last been here. Sorry I wasn’t able to keep in touch with you all. I’ve been busy of late. I am still smoke free and don’t crave nicotine what so ever. I’m approaching my 2 year mark. All new comers, don’t worry, there is light on the other side for sure. Keep telling yourself that and eventually you’ll get through your withdrawals. ill keep poking around at times. I wish you all the best. Take care y’all. Love Sparkzzz

Tha n you so much guys !!!! I really appreciate all the support I have received during my quit. My quit is still strong and intact and I don’t think I will ever falter, but will definitely stay vigilant. All of you in their early months of quitting. Keep it going. It will eventually get easier and over !!!! Good Luck.

Thank you so much for the post Joe and thank you everyone else for staying by my side during the first couple of months of my quit. I am truly grateful for all the support you guys provided me. I am eternally thankful to all of you. The board was my only support during my early days and my girl friend. I could not tell anyone about my quit or the fact that I used to smoke. I just kept studying things here (QSMB) everyday to get through my early quit - Celebrations - to see how people were doing in their quite ahead of me, withdrawal symptoms and other random stuff. I am thankful to have found the site as it seemed to be a support during these days of mine. Again, I cannot state this even more better but thank you so much everyone for being by my side. I am sorry I wasn’t able to do the same for most of the times and hope will do so for the other people in here who are going through their quits. Things definetly do get better. Hang on to your quits. Love Sid

Thank you so much guys. I am really sorry I wasn’t able to touch base with you guys on a constant basis. I am still smoke free and it is so much better now. I have started working out and eating healthy. Been busy with work and preparing for an exam which is coming up in November. I am glad for where I am right now. I hope all of you guys are doing well and waiting eagerly to reach the 1 year mark !!!
