As much as Drs make you think your life is over if you have a heart attack well I guess thats not true. I had one 5 yrs ago today, still working on some health issues but at least I'm smoke free which I sure wasn't back then, trust me because I was having trouble smoking was one of the reasons why I went to the ER.

Yay Beth!  I'm so happy you quit!!  Your heart is happy too!!  :)

I never heard the details of your symptoms when you had your heart attack.  Isn't it just crazy that you went to get help because it was hard to smoke!  That was me too.

I'm glad you quit Green and that you keep sharing your story with others.  This is the kind of stuff that inspires people to quit.

Beth, I am so grateful to have the opportunity to learn from you...

Doctors make you think your life is over if you eat a piece of cheesecake. Meh.

Strong lady, Greenlover. Glad you are here!

Beth, I am so happy that you are healthier.  It is something we all need to work on.  I am also so happy that you were around at the beginning of my quit.  Thank you for taking care of yourself to be able to do that for me.

Cigarettes are trying to kill us and we are surprised. I'm glad you got free when you did Beth, I wish it was sooner.

Beth, I'm so happy you quit and I'm sure your heart is too!

way to go quitting and staying quit and an heart attack isnt an immediate death sentence as long as you take steps towards improving your health such as you did with quitting cigarettes
