Find something you would love to do,join a group with similar problems,this will bring new friends..... Please find a way.... You know you can quit,you have done it..... Went to Liverpool town clothes shopping with my daughter nicky today....had lunch.... When we were on our way home,she says to me... Mum that was lovely ,times before I have had to sit on my own while you went out for your smokes.... It made me think.....I went from shop to shop ,eaten,had a glass or two of wine,and never thought of cigs once...... We both agreed this deserved a smoke free hug....
