Well said,there are folks I'm going to mss heaps.........But it's good to hear they are strong enough to move on.... But.....I'm sorry ,your stuck with me a while longer.....I'm not ready yet to be in the big non smoking world by myself.... I know my limits.....I still need you folks......to poke me with that stick...and a good slap if I even think about smoking... But I'm so happy for folks that are.... Hugs Doreen x

I can so relate to this, We smoked a long time,it's natural to think about them often.... It's what we do with those thoughts.... Of course we won't smoke christa.....that would be Dumb.... It will get easier for us....one day at a time... Hugs Doreen
