I so understand Tracey.... This journey has been hard for me at times.... Will I smoke....no...... But I have white knuckled it some times.... Keep strong Tracey,guard this quit with your life... You know smoking was crap..... I think when we go a certain amount of time ,we forget how much we hated it.... Try and remember just how horrible the addiction was..... Hugs Doreen

A great post action....it's been a nice experience watching you grow in your quit..... Congrats to you and all you do here.... When I first joined ,I was on board nearly 24 hrs of every day..reading everything I could,listening to all that was being said ,from folks who had a good quit..... I posted all the time too.... Not having my daughter stand out in the rain ,or sitting on her own,just waiting for me,while I had my fix..... Carnt believe how selfish I was....leaving her on her own so often....

I am definitely another person.... That big black cloud of fear I had every time I lit up has gone..... I don't live in fear any more..... I trying new stuff....been to yoga,done meditation..... I feel,as if I've grown a inch ... Or two....standing taller,not slouching.... Oh my the list goes on and on.......
