Hi and welcome aboard......congrats on your 7 day quit...this iis great Read all you can read.....get to know this addiction,what keeps us hooked....knowledge will help you fight.... Stay close to the board,post as often as you want....we all have been in your shoes..... Maybe tell your friend before you arrive you have quit.....and maybe not smoke in front of you..... Good friends will understand.....can you keep in touch with the board while you are away... Have a plan all ready for yourself before you go...... Your quit is the most important thing in your life right now....guard it well....

Ya they are nasty creeping little buggers those triggers.....they come from nowhere..... So always be on your guard.... Smoking dreams ...I havnt had any.....lucky or unlucky......I don't know..... Yes I was unlucky my photo wasn't up when action had his dream....who knows ,it might of been me he dreamt of..... But I'm still waiting....for the next one.....l.ol...... It wasn't anyone here....but 2 bosses is not bad..... Hugs xx

Hi jules..... I found staying close to the board,joining in the fun,supporting others,really helped my own quit..... We will help you fight your battles..... I smoked 52 years.....mine was one hell of a war......but im winning...... So will you......like me......one day at a time.......
