For me.....there is no going back.....ever......the only way if forward..... Some people in my position don't find thier quit....and limbs are lost..... I intend to guard mine with whatever power I have..... Because the alternative ...to me....is worse than death..... It would be a constant reminder of what terrible things smoking can do..... I am very thankful I had the strength,to quit,and find you guys....your support has played a huge part .... Hugs xxx
