Come on....I smoked 50 odd years.....don't you think I had a fight.....but I wouldn't give in.....no matter what.... Smoking is not on the table.....right.....

A great post and a good reminder,of what I too used to be ...... I have made excuses in the past,to not go on days out with the family and grand kiddies,because I wouldn't be able to smoke, It has been my loss....

Aww tiff ....you will be fine..... I do remember Ross being early in his quit on a stag night....he stayed close to the board.. It kept him strong.....whatever works I say.... We are always here.... Hugs

Abby, Have you read Allen carr easy way....it does make us look at smoking In a different light.... You have had a nice 5year quit in the past....so you know you can do it..... Your not giving up anything.....only a poision that is slowly distroying your body....to be blunt ,if I may.... My hub is on oxygen 16hours a day.....believe me if you get to this stage.....even holding your beautiful grandbaby would be difficicult... You can do it...... We will be here for you every step of the way.....

I agree MQ....education is the way I think....get our kids early....learn in schools..... If nobody bought them,they would go out of business..... But I don't think that will ever happen....
