Read all you can about this addiction...it will be your biggest tool.... Try reading Allen Carr ..the easy way...this book has helped millions...I think you can down load it for free... We have a slogan...smoking is not on the table ...ever....this helped me so much ... Stay close to the board... Do a daily pledge..... You can do it....if I did....you can....

There seems to be a heap of folks just lurking... Don't get me wrong....that fine...I would rather you be there trying to quit.. Than not there and smoking your brains out....but.... If you would like to take your seat on the train....then come on....what are you waiting for... Not one of those horrible smoking illnesses to happen.... All our seats are window..first class....this is the most self satisfaction trip you can take... I don't lie....not like the cigarette companies...who couldn't care less .... What have you got to lose....nothing....and the gains are endless.... I promise...
