I am new here and to NOT smoking. I quit 3/12/2015. Smoked for 30 yrs and never quit for even one day.

Welcome MrsFergie!  Congrats on your quit.  Two weeks is fantastic and I'm guessing you are feeling much better. This is a good place for info and support so I'm glad you found it too :).  Settle in, look around and make yourself at home.

A 2 week quit is amazing work!!  12th March is an awesome quit date too ;)  Pleased you found the train. Take your time and have a look around. Don't be daunted by allt the bits and pieces just meander round and find your bearings. Looking forward to talking toyou. x

Hi ! Like you I smoked for 30 years and never tried to quit until I quit 18 months ago. So welcome aboard!

Don't worry about being good with the computer, it's hard to make a mistake here. In fact, there is only one, and you already quit that.
