A week and a day smoke free-

Congratulations Kenzie on keeping the quit. I wouldn`t worry too much about putting on some weight in the early stages of quitting unless it is a major health concern. You can keep healthier crave snacks around for the craves and perhaps you are doing this already. keep the quit as main priority as you are doing. Best wishes and stay strong.

That's awesome, Kenzie!  Congratulations!

Great job Kenzie.

The weight gain comes and goes, but the freedom from cigarettes lasts forever.

This is the hardest part. You are doing it!

I was sick before I quit and lost about 30 pounds, I am more than happy to say I have gained it all back. Funny how carrying around forty years of smoke weighs so much more than 30 pounds.  I feel physically better now than I have in along time.

Congratulations, what a great job you are doing. Concentrate on the quit for now, that’s all that matters .

Just for now, let everything go, focus just on you and your goal, you are the most important person you know.
