    Wine Gripe

    Colleen - you need to include a tragedy alert on a post like this - I read about you pouring a whole bottle of wine down the sink and sobbed out loud !
  9. Susana - we do love you but it really is time for you to take a look at where you are going wrong - you are just torturing yourself by having to go through the quit time and time again! I think Beacon has a great point - you never seem to get to the good part of the quit. So make a decision - and commit to the quit - you really can do this ! and remember the support of this board works best when you post here before you take another puff not after !
  10. Because of some other commitments - had 2 days in a row with my trainer - doing running, kick boxing and some killer weights - today was just gentle walking - all I could manage !!

  15. Hoping you are feeling better - and took your own advice cos I know you know smoking won't help anything. You can do this and we all want to help - so I am glad you posted your SOS ... And if there is a next time - remember there are always gummy bears in times of an emergency !

  20. Did a small group class at lunchtime - bike intervals interspersed with tabata body weight exercises ( think 20'seconds on 10'secomds rest x 4 lots of torture ) ... crawled back to work after

Late to the party - and am hoping you are feeling better - but kick boxing and a punching bag is an awesome quit tool - you get to work out aggression a plus you would look really silly trying to smoke while wearing boxing gloves ! Like the others have said - take a bath, drink lots of water and maybe treat yourself with some candy ... Did someone say licorice !! You can get through this and it does get better ,, I promise !
