Writing down my reasons for quitting really helped me. When I romanced the cigarette after a couple of months it really helped to remind me how bad smoking was and how awful I felt physically as a smoker !

Awesome job Evelyn and your quit is now so much stronger for facing down that trigger !

Friday afternoon here and got to the gym everyday this week - just been slack posting. Today I did 5 km on the treadmill - can't believe I just posted that !! Time was 42 mins so not earth shattering- but I am just a bit chuffed that I did it !!

I love it when you guys post about your winters - cos it always reminds me that we are going into summer here - yay !! Our winters are pretty mild here - but we were all whining about how cold it was! We even had some snow - which is so unusual that the TV news reported that kids were making snowmen ..... check out this photo of the real shot to see how pathetic that was !
