Yay 100+... Bring it on ! Freezing here - got down to zero once ! it is now so cold at 15 celcius .... Can't wait for warm weather ... But be ready I will complain when we get to our 45 celcius days

Run ... read shamble... and walk treadmill - heaps ugly but only had 30. mins - did over 3 and 1/2 Kms - good for me! -

Howdy - hope you are feeling better ! trust me - that nagging want to smoke does pass and over time the urge definitely goes. Sometimes a thought will enter your mind - but it is easy to acknowledge and let it go. It will get better but in the interim - stay close to the board and we will provide whatever support you need !

Did small group training - really small - I was the only one in the class ! Afterwards - I was the sweaty old gal in the corner ! -
