Geri - as usual I'm late .. I blame it on time zones ! I so hope you are feeling better, but it is normal to want to scream, cry, eat Licorice (ok maybe the licorice was just me!). It does get better - in the interim - we are here to,support - so post away whenever you need support - with all the different time zones - there will be someone here for you :-)

After a super slack week last week - back to it - yesterday a double session, including boxing with my trainer, today my version of shuffle/ jog !

Short term solution to the rain ...come visit me ! Seriously though with all the smoking bans here in Aus now ... In most places you can't even smoke out doors anywhere covered ... Only smoking in car parks or totally exposed ... I really am glad I don't smoke !
