Been slack for a couple of days but back to it today. Did treadmill intervals and then a killer session with my trainer - am wondering which idiot told her that I wanted to get back I to running - oh that right - that was me ! Doh ! -

Hi Gio - welcome aboard I was also one of those a people that lit up as soon as I left the gym or straight after a basketball game - so I know how you feel, but I will share one thing - if you think you are fit now - you will be amazed at what you can achieve when you are smoke free ! Plus the gym can become a safe haven if crave a hit because you can't smoke there - I practically lived at my gym in the early days ! Congrats on a great decision and remember we are here for support if you need it
