Lace hope you are doing better - cos I don't know if the board can handle this - I mean I you have already woken the bad in Doreen and Nancy - what next mean Marti and assault action?? Ps - A lace punching bag isn't that effective - so that is definitely a last resort ! Love ya sweetie xx

Yesterday played and lost a basketball final Today weights and running with my trainer Am now sitting waiting for my spanish class to start and finish - so I can have my Friday glass of wine !! -

Sandy - you are doing great and getting stronger each time you face down a trigger. My experience was triggers continued to happen sometimes out of the blue - but they definitely get easier to handle with time. You got this - and remember we are all here to support you if you need it :-)
