I have an interview on Thursday for a position in the PACU. I am nervous now eeek.......I hate interviews it always makes me nervous. I dont know why what is the worst that can happen? they say no no big deal really I still have a job just looking into other options to try to expand my nursing skills but yet I am still nervous I hate that feeling ugh.

I know it's easier said than done, but try to relax.  Maybe if you got a run in early in the morning, you'd feel less nervous?  Best of luck...Crossing my fingers for you :)

Ugh , I know what you mean about hating interviews I do too.  Try to relax and just let your awesome personality show through.  they're gonna love you!

Ladies as a manager I am trying to hire some people right away and i am desperate. It is great to meet a good candidate. I am always nervous that i will not hire someone good . I always have to gear up my energy to ask the right questions and to present the company and position in a good light. I am sure you will be ok .

Smile, relax and enjoy it. Be honest and straightforward. If you get it, great. If you don't it wasn't right for you. Either way is a win.

Interview is tomorrow and I am a bundle of nerves ugh I hate that feeling, to be honest it wont be the end of the world if I dont get it but I am still nervous as all hell. I hate answering questions on the fly. I am not good at answering questions in interviews I tend to freeze up. But whatever will be will be.

Not done it yet..at 1330 on my way heart pounding not sure if it is the teeth clamping ride to work related o the snow or preinterview jitters sigh

I didnt do too bad, I think it went well they have a few more interviews to do over the next few weeks before they make their decision, so we will see. Whatever happens happens

I got an interview next Friday. we had to submit answers in an essay last week. three chief board I believe. then onto council after that......good news is I killed the writing, bad news is I am 8 years behind the one guy, but 6 in front of the third and maybe 12 of fourth sgt. Other good side is top chief leaves in 12-18 months so like a practice if not this time. just a dog and pony show I trulely believe to validate the one pick, which I don't think anyone would doubt his qualifications anyways. like I said, practice...
