Congratulations on reaching the 1 month milestone Michelle 👍 That first month, like the first week, is a big deal. You've show yourself and the world you CAN quit. Now buckle in for the long haul which is reshaping your daily life to exclude smoking. It's a long process but very doable now that you ave built a great quit toolbox :)
