That is awesome!!!! Such a great feeling. Some of the hardest times for me were in the morning when hub took kids to school. I loved logging on instead of Smoking. Today us still the same. :)

Got rid of the nasty throat clearing thing I had to do all the time! I was a major closet smoker, if I were out & about town, I would have to drive and go find some hiding place to smoke. PA-thetic!!! I was constantly afraid I would see someone I knew. No more rushing to get home so I could smoke in the dark cold smelly garage and "enjoy" (not) my smoke in peace.

I agree with Rob. Passenger kinda feels like you're just riding along. Hmmm.. I still like Newbie for newbs. Maybe Old Timers for the 1+. Maybe Teen for the 6 mos to a year??? I'm not sure about this one. Pharte was okay with me too though. :)

Hang in there Evelyn. Fight it out. Be happy that each moment you don't smoke, you are becoming stronger. If you haven't already, write a list of all the reasons you want to stay smoke free. Maybe you can bake something or go for a walk. Punch some pillows. Cry some more. I cried too. One day, I was literally on the floor sobbing. It's okay, it's a great release.
